May 1: Annual return of public service business
May 1: Annual return of producers of natural resources except oil, natural gas and managed timberland
August 1: Annual return of owners of industrial property
August 1: Annual return of producers of oil or gas

September 1: Return of individuals and commercial businesses
September 1: Annual applications for farm use value
September 1: Annual application for managed timberland valuation
December 1: Last day for people age 65 or older, or who are permanently and totally disabled, to apply for a $20,000 exemption from the assessed value of their homestead. (A renewal application does not need to be filed unless the person changes his or her address.)
